Payment due in full upon custom order. A $30 service charge will be levied on NSF cheques.
Because each piece is custom-made especially for you, refunds will not be issued. When ordering, please be sure you have taken the time to select photos that yo are satisfied with in the final product. If there is an error on our part, we will work with you to correct any issue that may occur. In that case, contact us within 3 days of receiving your keepsake to discuss.
Claims for damages/shortages must be filed with delivering carrier within 3 days.
We strive to ship within 10-14 business days of receiving order but please order as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment if supplies for framing are on backorder for example. Letterography by JB is not responsible for lack of availability or shortages of stock at suppliers.
If an item will be in production longer than typical due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible to advise (ie: backlog due to backorders from framing components supplier, shipping issues, etc.)
Privacy statement:
Our servers do not log any information regarding your domain or your e-mail address. We collect your personal information that you have supplied for purpose of processing orders, ratings and reviewing orders. We may collect statistics regarding which pages are most visited but we only record information that is volunteered at the time of purchase or if it is provided via email to us. Information is only used to improve the content of our website and to contact customers, when necessary, to verify orders or to provide notification about occasional special offers. We make every reasonable effort to ensure that your personal information is accurate and complete.
Electronic communications:
When you enter the "http://www.letterography.com" website or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email in matters of shipping, clarification of order, clarification of name/address, etc. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Individuals may write to us to ask for correction of any errors or omissions in personal information. If you are not interested in receiving further communications from us, kindly send us an email to "info@letterography.com" and we will remove you from our database.
Information submitted is NOT shared with any other organizations for commercial purposes except as is necessary to complete customer purchases – ie: PayPal
. We do not reveal, give out, give away, trade, swap, barter, share, sell, loan or in any way divulge any of your personal information. Personal information includes your name, address, phone number, email address, credit card number, expiration date, product(s) ordered, browser, internet service provider, credit information and any other data or information related to your visit to our site or any order placed by internet, email, fax, or telephone. *PIPA requires that information will be retained for at least one year. We will use reasonably secure methods whenever we destroy personal information.
An individual has the right to access their personal information under our organization’s custody. A request for access must be made in writing and individuals may be required to prove their identity before gaining access to personal information. PIPA* allows us to charge a minimal fee for providing access to this information which will be collected prior to releasing information. Once you have contacted us with your request, we will provide a written fee estimate in advance. Information will be provided within 30 business days after it is requested once we have consulted with PIPA. PIPA may refuse a request which is beyond control of Letterography. Please contact PIPA for these issues and ask for the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia to review the decision.
